Anuraag comes with 27 years of experience in IT services across verticals - BFSI, Professional Services, Consulting and BPO. He has held CEO-Board roles in First Meridian, Quess Corp, Capgemini, Gulf Bank. At Quess Corp, he helped build India's largest technology staffing firm, culminating in an IPO in 2016 at a valuation of USD 2 Bn.

His expertise lies in transforming P & L and operations, incubating greenfield ventures, propelling mid-sized businesses to growth trajectories, navigating complex M & A landscapes and driving organizational restructures. Also, he serves as a mentor and prolific investor in niche start-ups.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he holds an MBA from LSE, NYU Stern and HEC Paris. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE.
