Rajat brings over 30 years of leadership experience across Hospitality, Retail and Consumer Goods, with a career spanning India, South Asia and the Middle East.

Most recently, he served as Executive Director & VP Finance at Accor Hotels, India & South Asia, where he oversaw a hospitality asset portfolio of over USD 1 Bn across 75 hotels.

Before Accor, he held senior positions with Groupe Casino in the Middle East, and with leading consumer brands including PepsiCo, Danone and Suntory.

He is well-versed in M&A, joint ventures, asset management, corporate governance and business transformation.

Rajat is a Chartered Accountant (India) and a CPA (USA), and holds a Master’s in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.
