His prior stint was a leader at Monitor Deloitte in the Strategy Consulting and FSI practices with prime focus around Strategy, New Ventures and M&A. Previously, he headed the Strategy, Planning & Venture Capital arm of the Suncorp group (Australia), an ASX-20 leading Banking, Insurance & FSI conglomerate.
Previously, he also played instrumental Strategy & Innovation roles for Westpac Bank, Insurance Australia Group and several cross-industry clients at A.T. Kearney.
Vaibhav has advised Boards, CEOs/CFOs and Executive managements across North American, Australian and European geographies on the evolving market landscape and global best practices. He has delivered significant impact for clients by formulating levers of dominant strategy, strategic growth options, and creation of sustainable competitive advantages that protect their market leadership.
He holds a joint MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) Sydney and the London Business School, and B.Tech. (Electronics & Communication) from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
