Senior Advisor

Industrials in investment banking typically cover sectors such as electricals and electronics, engineering and automotive, capital goods, building materials, chemicals, and energy and infrastructure. Advisory work often includes acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, capital raising, and strategic reviews. Because these businesses are operationally complex, industrial M&A also requires close attention to manufacturing footprint, supply chains, and post-merger synergies.
